As a comparison, my PFR% after 10k hands is 6.17. With your 70% figure, my range of hands are:
AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AKs&o, AQs&o with AJs and TT just barely under at 69%, then I have the big drop off like you down to 47% with ATs and KQs. So I'd say you could easily be raising more with all those in your 2nd group. Position and situation dependent of course.

Filter for late position and see what you could be isolating against a weak limper and things like that. You can also raise to build a pot with sutied broadways in late position. How do you play 77-TT?

Mine is 8% right now, I raise AA-JJ and AK-AQ over 85% of the time, then a big dropoff with 1010-88 and AJ, QK raised between 45-65% of the time.

Basically, just play your position and raise more later accordingly. And always raise your monsters, unless like you're AA in big blind and 1 raiser before you and such. Otherwise bet and raise away, the Key to Limit Play is AGRESSION!!!

You also have to take into account all of the AJs and like hands that you have every intention of raising and have to drop when there is a raise in front of you. I dumped some strong hands the other day I was ready to raise with because UTG raised. I was a little ticked off when they turned over KT and 77 after these raises, but still most hands aren't good enough to go 3 bets with no matter what garbage is being raised ahead of you. If you're consistantly playing in this type of game (and for some reason the $1/$2 Limit at Absolute has become that in recent weeks) your VP$IP and PFR are going to go down. I've seen my VP$IP drop from around 20% to under 17% in the past 2 weeks and my PFR drop from about 8.5% to 6.7% mostly because I'm having to throw away hands I normally raise with when 1st in or vs. a limper because it is raised in front of me.
