i'm wondering if any live players can tell me what chip denominations are typically used in the following live limit games:

6/12 (if it exists)
9/18 (if it exists)
30/60
40/80
80/160
100/200

I assume that 50/100 uses green 25s. i also assume that the 100/200 uses blacks, but i'm not sure -- could be greens. i've read that some places have $3, $9, $10, and/or $20 chips. Are these places common?

i've read that games that use more chips tend to be looser than those with fewer chips for the same value. has anyone found this to be true?
