i've been watching the 10000, 1000, and 600 NLHE games, and i can't say that i was impressed. there were certainly some talented players at each table, but there seemed to be no shortage of donks.

it seems like many people buy in short. on top of that, they'll call for their whole (short) stack with something as weak as middle pair (this was at the 10000 game and dude had about 3000 at the start of the hand).

i also saw a few people grossly underbetting the pot (esp. at the 600 game).

of course, a lot of this evaluation is just guessing on my part as i there weren't a lot of showdowns and i'm not very good.

could someone good and experienced at NL (ice, kenny, droqqa, etc.) maybe take a peek and give some commentary?

i haven't had any problems. it does take a REALLY long time to load, though, and i have a pretty fast system.

if you have a lot of programs running (e.g., Party w/ 10 tables, PT, PAhud) and then try to fire up Martin's, it takes even longer.

Hmmm....I havent tried it but maybe next time I interrogate a guy , I could shove a spam sandwich down his throat if he doesnt talk.
