$100 PLO on UB.

I get [Ks][Kc][Qc] in the SB. Two limpers, I complete.
Flop: [9s][2s].
I bet $4, EP limper raises to $12. Shortstack in MP calls. I call.
Turn: . I check, EP bets pot, shortstack calls allin for $10 or so, I call.
River: . I check, MP checks (he had $35 left, I had him covered.)

MP takes pot with [4s][3h][2h].

I felt pretty stupid for not blasting him off the hand on the flop. I made a bad misread and assumed he had at least a set.
On the turn or the river there's no way I can make him fold.

Btw, how many outs would you count here?

I think you played it fine. I don't see how you can possibly raise after you get raised on the flop. You're holding many of the drawing outs so that further reduces his chances of being on a strong draw. I think you're up against a set 80-90% of the time there against a relatively reasonable opponent. Did you have no read on this guy? Judging by his play he must've been fairly bad. As for outs, well you have enough to call a pot raise. Against one oppo I think your kings will be good, obviously the flush and the gutter. Against two or more opponents I'm less certain a king will be good.
