I thought i would fold if he went all in then he did and I was like, its not that much more, he might only have flush draw and either way, i can fill up. Do you just call the flop? not call the all in?

not sure about plo, but in plo8 i know that a lot of short stacks will push with only nut draws -- for example, this villain could have only held the flush draw. as such, i think your raise and call on the turn are fine.

this guy definitely was a lucksack with the made str8 and the nut flush draw, but my experience is that this is a relatively rare phenomenon.
