What program are you using to make that work?

All free Tiburon - windows media encoder is all you need - you do need a fair bit of bandwidth to host them though if they become popular - a really cool English accent also helps so I;m told

There are sites that will host for you though - I think 2+2 is starting a project for pl;ayers to record games too..link here
