They always respond to the e-mail requesting the bons dollars be added within about 48 hours. There is a response e-mail that says yep you played the hands at the right limit so the $$ are now in your account. Never had any problem.
The only downside with me and Bet365 is that I have cleared $350 in bonuses from the site and only have $150 more than what I deposited. But that's crummy poker playing on my part, not the fault of the site.
