preflop raiser checks and the next guy bets weak. I just felt I was either way ahead or way behind. The preflop raiser could have AA with Axc and looking to check raise for some reason. Just look for a better spot?

With the cold run of cards I've been having, maybe I'm just trying to make things happen too much.

You have no hand and no draw. I think that should answer your question

If you have a good read on the better and an assumption it'll be heads-up to the turn, you'd be fine to call simply in an attempt to outplay using your position on future streets. In a low level PLO game, however, you're liable to be looking at a 4-way turn and a wasted two and a half bucks.
