It was a good session; I played well and got lucky a few times. I still got sucked out a bunch but this is O8 and I did manage to contain the damage.

A couple of random thoughts:
- When I get home and import the 5K hands that I have played during vacation I need to look at my overall W$SD. It seems like even on my good sessions my W$SD is very low.
- I need to get up from a table quicker. I got tired at the end of the session and made a few stupid plays. They weren’t that stupid so they didn’t hurt me that badly but I still need to watch out for that.

This is the hand at the end of the session that I really don’t like. I was up against a decent opponent, in which case I hate the turn CR. Interesting note, since the last time I have done this I have lost money playing A2, 4 > 10 wraps, and AA + High. I am going to look into those more in a little bit (esp the A2).

After the analysis here are the leaks I am going to try and plug.

Specific hands

1) Be more selective with A2. Don't call raises with crappy A2's and generally play then less agressively.

2) Only play AA+5,6,7 if it is suited and don't raise even in LP.

3) Don't play 4 > 10 for a raise

4) Play almost any 234

5) Don't play A5s from EP, or MP

6) Don't play bad A4s in EP.


General

7) Be more selective with 2 pair (esp Top 2).

8) Increase W$SD

9) Call less when passive players are betting into me (stop being a calling station).

10) Make less crying calls.

Just a quick update for anyone that reads this thing. I am going to start posting less frequently because I don't think it was good for my mental state to watch my winrate take the nose dive like it did. I am hoping that not posting so often will move my focus from results back to my game (where it should be).

I have been playing 3 tables of $25 PLO8 and 1 table of LO8 $10 SnG which has been going faily well. I have logged a couple of decent sessions in a row and my SnG results have been good. After some very helpful discussion with some BTPers I have tighted up even more and I finally think I getting back in control of my game.

I also created a WilliamHill account. I have decided to start whoring the hell out of the Cryptos, so I am going to clear the WillHill hourly bonus then move on to

- Total Bet
- Ritz Club
- Littlewood
- Interpoker
- Pokerplex
- Caribbean Sun
in that order.

I don't think I will finish whoring all of those sites this month but I hope to put all of them on my monthly rotation. I think this will also help my state of mind because even if I play break even poker I am still making money.

while exact win/loss numbers are not so important, could you possibly give us tables and maybe sites that you're playing at (e.g., 2-tabling 100plo8 at party, 4-tabling 25plo8 at prima, etc.)?
