He only had $9 left. I decided that he just had the same hand and i figured if i was gonna get it all in, might as well wait for a scare card to do it. He thought for a long time and folded. Do you really think he had the same straight and I actually got him to fold for $9 into a $60 pot?

I think the fact that you just called his flop raise and then check/called the turn made him suspect you had gone fishing for a boat with JJ. I most likely would play JJ on that flop that way. Why he only would minraise the flop with a straight is a mystery though but what else could he have (J8xx is the only other possibility that I can think of and that seems far fetched). Anyway you set it up great IMO.
