$100 table on Stars. I have Ad6dTT in MP and limp. LP, who seems to be kind of semi-decent (not really good but not horrible either) and has a stack of $60 (I have $230 or so), makes it $4 to go. I call along with 3 others (like? dislike?). I figure I have 2 pretty serious draws here. (just as note: This starting hand falls out of my "scheme" a little bit, but it does seem to me actually like quite a strong one, and one that you really would like to see a flop with...??).
Well, the flop comes about as good as it gets, namely Td8h3d. I haven't really seen this guy raise too much, so I'm not sure what he's going to do as to CB. So, here's a case where I bet half the pot into the current pot of $20. One short-stack calls as does the raiser. Anyhow, top set with nut flush redraw in a raised pot seems to me like a good spot to go ahead and bet half pot (?). True, I let straights in cheap, but if they make it on the turn, I have a LOT of outs to beat them on the river.
The turn comes an ace, and I check it. Here, I kind of think the raiser will make a stab at it, as if he now has the nuts with the A, which I really don't believe, since I already have one. Well, it's of course possible, but if he does have it, I still have my flush outs.
He moves in for $30 into the pot of $60, and I call. River is a blank and I drag. (didn't take the trouble to look up what he had)
