Interpoker raked hands

Postby starstealer » Wed Feb 16, 2005 12:50 pm

Does anyone know where I can find out how many raked hands I have earned at Interpoker? I'm just trying to get a feel for how much more I'll need to play in order to get my monthly bonus there

Im assume the sotware is the same as Party?

If so,
Click Cashier
Click Bonus
that will take you to a web page ....scroll down and it will show you your bonus status

Nope - Interpoker not Intertops - in case you were confused. Interpoker is part of the Crypto network; Intertops is part of the party network.

Well Interpoker is one of the crypto sites and while I've only played about 600 hands there so far, I've played another 1000 or so at PokerPlex. In general I find the players to be weak passive - folding frequently to bets on the river (whether or not there is a scare card). There are a few people there that I have marked as river bluffers and will always check to them so I can check raise (and yes - it works EVERY time...). Sometimes they call the check raise and I still win with my bluff... (so I guess its a value bet to have high card against a 4-straight board...)

I'm a little disappointed that they don't frequently have any Omaha Hi/Lo games running, but I'm not terribly surprised because the player base is so much smaller (from 1-3k as far as I can tell).

Still, it is hard to ignore their generous monthly bonuses. However, if you are going to do one site, in my opinion, you might as do all of the ones you qualify for (I think some of them are unavailable to US people - but I haven't tried).

Let me know if there's anything more I can help with.

gnuffe - yeah I found that link in another post and checked it out. I wasn't really looking to install software on my computer just to track it - I'll probably just guess work it - and if I need more, just go back to play later.

Thanks for the info.

starstealer if you have PT just use that. Go to the game notes tab, click show all hands for whatever time period you want to track and then look to the right of the TRH (total raked hands) to find out the number of hands that have been raked.

I actually don't have pokertracker since I don't play Hold'em as often as I do Omaha. Plus since my application handles Hold'em as well as Omaha (though at the moment only at pokerstars), I have no immediate need for Pokertracker

thanks

They do have O8 games going, star, but they are usually $100 buyins, PLO8, which I gather is not within your scope at present. Now and again there's a 1/2 limit I think. Most popular games on the site are 1/2 limit, NL ($100 is minimum buyin) and PLO ($100 minimum buyin) all of which are played universally poorly. I built my bankroll at these sites; I'd estimate about 80% of the money I've won playing poker online has come from Cryptologic and Pokerstars. Right now I am playing crypto, gaming club, and stars, and can always find good games in a combination of these sites. Cryptologic sites have poor software in comparison to the biggies (Stars, Party, UB etc) but the standard of play and the generous bonuses make them well worth a look. The weakest mid-level ($100 and 200) PLO online can be found at Cryptologic and Gaming Club at the moment, from what I've seen.

Other crypto sites are available to US residents but the majority of UK ones that offer a meaningful bonus (William Hill, UKBetting, TotalBet and (I think still) Littlewoods) are only available in £ or Euros, which means you'll get hammered by the cost of exchange on withdrawal. Interpoker is the one to stick with (I believe PokerPlex and the little-known Caribbean Sun also offer $ games however).

If anyone requires any specific knowledge about cryptologic or are planning on signing up feel free to PM me - I have been playing these sites now for about 2 years. I am looking into becoming an affiliate at Interpoker but I have to check if it's actually worthwhile - if (like most sites) they remove the bonus money from rake revenue it will certainly not be; however, if they don't it's a good site and one where i currently make a lot of my PLO income. Watch this space anyhoo.

If anyone is looking at Cryptologic sites I would strongly warn you against playing at Ritz Club London (customer service was difficult and uncooperative with me when my site went down and I wished to withdraw, so they still have a small amount of my money held hostage) or BetFair and Littlewoods, which I believe offer no bonus (Littlewoods also have crap customer service). The rest, and especially InterPoker which has good customer service and good response times, as well as some nice offers through the month (one day they pay you $10 every time you're dealt AA, usually they have other offers like $50 each time you get trip Q's etc etc) come highly recommended (by me, at least!).

Well, yes - the $100 game is a little too big for me even on Stars with my lowly roll - plus there's the fact that my PL experience has been mixed at best...

In any case, I'm going to send you a PM - watch for it!

I have been keeping track of my raked hands with pencil and paper! However, I have no idea how many you must play to clear the bonus. Can anyone tell me? I originally deposited $100 and received a $90 "bonus". What will it take to clear the $90?

You have to play 500 hands to clear the $90 bonus. You should download the cryptocounter from earlier in the the thread it makes it so much easier and it can go back and track those hands that you had been tracking by pencil and paper.

I have kind of sorted my Ritz Club problem now. It's more due to Ecash being difficult (they will not allow you to withdraw your money except via the cashier... As all my crypto poker sites stopped working on my computer at the last upgrade a few months back, I couldn't withdraw from Ritz Club. I was able to withdraw from all the rest except RCL and Carib Sun using their associated casinos). However, I'm back on all sites now which is great for me because the PLO games are sweet here, so I can add it to Prima (Gaming Club) and Stars for my PLO action, and always find 4 or 5 good games across these sites anytime of the day.

Littlewoods dont offer the bonus any more.

Crypto sites that do:

InterPoker $90 per month reload match
William Hill £, Ritz Club London, UKBetting, TotalBet all £25 per month (UK) for 5 hours
Caribbean Sun $40 per month (I think)
Classic Poker $100 or something one time bonus for deposit
