this might be old news to everyone, but if you email FullTilt support they will increase your ring and sit-n-go table max from 4 to 8.

I sent them an email to complain about a player I saw playing more than 4 tables. She has a VP$IP of %10, a PFR of %6 and is doing well at ~4PTBB/100 over 17k hands. They replied by upping my max tables from 4 to 8. Cool.
