I don't like it. You're an underdog if he has AAxx, and you're a massive, massive underdog (like 80/20) if he has AAxx with the diamond draw. What's more is that the board is paired so you could be drawing dead already, it's unlikely considered the PF action but at these stakes, you never know. I prefer to wait for the nuts, or at least a big draw to the nuts. Fold the flop IMO.
