Well. March has not gone even close to how I planned, neither did January. February went very well. I'm on a big fat losing/breakeven stretch playing limit. I tried playing some single table tournaments and got clobbered there too. I tried playing some Omaha/8 and didn't do well there either!
I want very much to be a strong well rounded playing rather than a one trick pony. The problem is I won't make as much playing things other than shorthanded limit as I will playing that, right now. That's ok to me, except I'm not as financially secure as I'd like to be before I start doing that more. So for now I'm gonna try and stick to shorthanded limit and some multis. The $10/$20s aren't as soft as before I don't think, but there are now more $15/$30 shorts than before and they seem pretty juicy so I think I'm gonna focus on those. I'm gonna try and get in 1500 hands a day. That'll be about 45000 hands a month.
1500 hands of $15/$30 a day at 1.5 BB/100 (5 days a week)
$162 Party Poker multi Mon-Thurs at 100% ROI.
$215 PartyPoker and Pokerstars Sunday Tournament at 100% ROI.
For April totals this should net me:
$13,500 at $15/$30
$2592 at PartyPoker Supers.
$2150 at Big Sunday Tournaments.
------------------------------------------
$18,242 Profit.
That would only put me at like $25,000 for the year, which is certainly behind my initial goal, but if I can keep up that $18,000 a month pace I'll reach my goal.
Boy, you got me confused with a man who repeats himself.
