I am just reading Harringtons book on No Limit tournaments. He recommends to make a continuation bet of about 1/2 pot after a preflop raise against few callers and an uncoordinated board
Is this valid for SNGs, too?
Example: 40/80 blinds, 8 players left (all 700-1500 chips), I have 1200, raise to 240 with AK in EP, have 2 callers, Flop is Q82 rainbow. Pot has now 750 chips.
If I make a continuation bet of 350 chips and someone calls/raises behind me I am through with the hand and only have 610 chips left. Therefore, in a SNG, I would check instead of doing the continuation bet. Your thoughts?
