I completely agree with Roy here.
Push-botting is extremely different from weak-tight play. There's very little in common. For instance, in almost every situation, when you're short-stacked and it's folded to you in the SB, you can push with any two cards against the BB. Even if he calls with 50% of hands (which is rare and includes hands like T8s), you can still push 80% and have the push be significantly +EV than folding. Pushing 80% (or more) of your hands there is far from weak-tight.
And anyways, push-botting is only when you have a small stack relative to the blinds, so it's not the default strategy.
