I played the level 3 ministeps tournament the other day, and got to the top two (#1 and #2 win an entry to the level 4 tournament, #3 and #4 freeroll another level 3, #5 and #6 freeroll a level 2...)

That's not the cool part. I was able to do this without ever betting and being called after the flop, turn, or river. WOW. I checked down 3 hands that ended up winning with like 4th pair, and got lots of folds after the flop. I don't think I ever had more than 1/5 of my chips in any single pot.

Anyone have a similar experience with the mini-steps or other steps tournaments?
