Okay... I'm OTB at a $50SNG at BODOG... Blinds are 150/300, and I've got about 2500 chips... Big stack has 5500... Another player with 1300... Short stack barely holding on with about 650...
I get dealt pocket 10s in the BB... Short stack, who must bet PRAYING someone gets knocked out in the next couple hands... Big stack raises to 1500... Small Blind folds...
Now, he's been pushing the table around pretty good... I've seen him push hard with any ace, any king... Several other hands... I think that there's a pretty good chance he's got at least one over, where I'm a pretty significant favorite... Also a chance he's got 2 overs, where it's almost a coinflip...
What's your play...? If I push and double up, I'm about 99% sure I'm winning the SNG... These guys are doofuses for the most part, and I'm a pretty good heads up player (at least compared to them)... If I push and lose, I have to call Officemax yet again to order a new mouse, as mine will be in my garbage disposal...
BTW I don't think that I have ANY folding equity, as this guy is pretty loose, and isn't gonna fold for another 1000 chips when he feels SOOO in control... Knowing this, does anyone advocate flat calling, and playing the flop carefully...? That way, if I fold, I'll still be ahead of the shortstack, and about even with the other stack...
Also, what do you think my play should be if:
A. I was the guy w/ 1300 chips instead of 2500... So, I was the 2nd short stack...
B. The big stack had 5500, and everyone else had 1500... No short stacks...
C. The short stack pushes, THEN the big stack pushes (or calls the allin) before you act...
