Turn play???

I finally win a hand with top set and the nut flush draw. Would like some comments on my turn play here?? I value bet hoping to get some action thinking he might fold his flush draw. Instead he check raises, 66 did go through my mind but if he made quads to bet my top boat so be it. I felt like if I reraised I blow him off the hand. The goal was to just call if he likes his hand enough to check raise he will bet the river and will pot commit himself when I raise. After seeing the result I am thinking he might have had trips with some kind of low wrap and the flush blew him off that hand. Comments?

i raise the flop, if not, i raise the turn after he reraises. Also, on the turn, i bet the pot because it looks more like you are trying to buy the pot when he showed weakness. I raise smaller on the river with how you played it.

This is probably the only case where I slowplay top set on the flop, although if you think there is a decent chance you'll get action just get money in, since if the board pairs it will be harder to get paid. You shouldn't slowplay this because you can afford it; the only reason to slowplay is that you think you won't get called if you raise.

On the turn and river I play the same. You can't really do much here except for hope he has a second best hand.
