i'd call a 1/4 pot bet with your hand. if i hit, i check call the river.
villain either has the boat/quads and is value betting, or he made a wimpy attempt at a steal when a scare card hit. honestly, if i had a read on the villain (e.g., folds a lot to raises), i'd consider coming over the top on the turn.

as for the MutBS cure, i recommend getting turbo omaha and play a shitload of hands. you'll start to get a feel for how often certain hands and boards develop.
