not much to add reallly.
key point... it's rarely correct to try and get cute with your bet sizes in an attempt to lure people in. this is often incorrect mathematically (i.e., you're giving people correct odds to call) and almost always strategically (people who will call a less-than-pot bet will almost always call a PSB). the main exception to this is on the river, esp when you're holding the nuts. at that point, esp. if the pot is big, a smaller bet may be called for. the smaller bet can be used to induce a call or induce a bluff. when you move up in levels, it can also be used as a kind of reverse psychology bluff (e.g., his bet is small, he MIUST want me to call). anyway, don't be shy about betting the pot at lower levels... if they're calling, they're calling regardless of the size of your bet.
