It's been over a week since I played poker and I felt a little rusty today. Not so much that I thought I was making bad decisions, but more like I was a little unsure of myself and it took a bit longer for me to think about what I wanted to do. I dropped a bit less than 5k today. I'm thinking it was just the usual downswingy stuff, but there's a bit of second guessing going on. Didn't play a ton today though, and that might be a good thing. Gonna relax the rest of the day and put in some solid hours tomorrow. Also gonna tighten up a bit so that I can feel more sure of myself. After that, back to the usual I hope.
The one hand from today...

His flop raise confused me. It's a small raise with everything considered. That almost always means he has a monster or he's testing and doesn't want to put too much in, like a weak ace or flush draw and whatnot. I figured it's tough for him to have a huge hand since the only huge hands are 22, A7, and A2. I legitimately thought for a while and then figured I'd be better off playing it as though I had a draw and attempting to sucker him in on a non spade turn. Unfortunately the
hit the turn and when I checked, he checked behind. The river was an offsuit ten and I value bet a bit, he thought, then folded. I think most will say it's a reraise on the flop, but I'm not really sure. I like my thought process, but then again, the whole second guessing thing makes me not sure.
