TT reraise late in MTT

Thoughts?

No reads on villian he joined the table 3 hands earlier. It was late in a $5 rebuy. What raising range can we put him on, given it's a low buyin tournament? If he puts in 1/4th of his stack does this always mean a big hand? Usually I see people putting in half their stack with AA/KK, or they just shove. So I wasn't really afraid of AA/KK that much.
