Ok after careful consideration I have realized my play is rather atrocious and by having someplace to documents and talk out my hands on a more regular basis should provide me with some useful feedback hopefully.

Today is thursday I think the biggest loser premiers tonight and i hate that show so in honor of something else I hate, my biggest losing hand. Im almost embarrassed that this is my biggest loss in one hand i dunno wtf I was thinking or not so yep... here we go.

I think my main errors here are
1 calling the PF raise the guy is x-loose 57/23.8/1.6
2. betting into the pot with middle pair 2nd kicker

why do I try and semi bluf with 2nd pair at best? 2 outs and im betting into him hopefully I was browsing porn or trying to get some broad to come over to make this play excusable.

Based on your stats, it seems like you can't quit once you have started a hand 72% fold preflop, 20% no fold. Your w$sd is very low. This is only over 1000 hands which is a tiny sample size, but it seems like you have some serious problems.

This seems to be your strategy:
play tight preflop
after the flop, bet like crazy to make your opponents fold

Most of your losses come with no pair/1 pair hands=you bluff too much/overvalue your weak hands.

This is the normal outcome:
win a small pot
win a medium pot against someone on a draw
Lose a big one

Things that can help:
Try to put your opponents on a hand and fold if that hand beats you(i.e. if they call a reraise with an ace on the flop in a raised pot, they probably have an ace and will never fold)
check and call to keep pot sizes small with marginal hands.
Remember that most players will never fold top pair and plenty of people will go broke making them try.
