It's my belief that ANY HU poker is extremely luck-based. You're playing SO MANY HANDS, and you're bluffing so often, that I can't believe it's anything but luck, even at higher limits.
Take this for example--my wife was playing in a local bar tournament, and she got to heads-up (I finished 20th). I was watching and cheering her on, and she had about a 3:2 chip lead. I find out later that she gets dealt AKs in the BB. She raises, opponent moved all in and she called. He turns over (and I kid you not--I think he was tired...) J8s. The flop comes with 2 jacks, and the river fills him up. How is that skill in any way? To the guy's credit, after he doubled through and had a huge lead, he offered an even chop, which she accepted.
The point is that there is little or no skill involved (at least IMHO)...
