We're not entirely sure if this is the same issue, but there was a bug in the latest software release. We have subsequently put together a fix for it. Please give this a try and let us know if you still have any difficulties, but what you describe seems strange as we have not had similar reports from other players who experienced difficulty with the new software.
To run the fix, please do the following:
* Go to
www.gamingclubpoker.com/update
* Save the application to your desktop
* Double click The Gaming Club Online Poker Room icon
It will then run an uninstall/reinstall and then your software should work like a charm. If not, please let us know and we'd appreciate it if any screenshots and error message could be included.
