EP9, you are describing the hand in a vacuum where there is only math.
The SB is described as steady if I recall correctly. 3 betting from the BB will most likely be AK, AA, KK, QQ or maybe AQ
Here are the percentage wins against what we'd assume the SB has, compared to what we have:
AA - 90% win
JJ - 10% win
KK - 96.6%
JJ - 3.3%
QQ - 91.6%
JJ - 8.36%
AK - 89.19%
JJ - 10.80%
Against AQ, JJ is a 71% favourite but, unless the SB has KK then he at least has one of the straight cards, never mind the other two opponents. Being realistic MP could have 77 and to be generous A8s.
I'm no maths whiz, but are the straight possibilities still good enough with at least 2 outs gone since you said "according to pot odds you BARELY have enough odds to continue"?
