FLOP: What are you doing? You capped pre-flop and then the board comes all broadway and you think check-raising is a good plan? Everyone in the hand knows with the pre-flop action that board CERTAINLY helped someone! Just lead out on that flop! It doesn't matter if people raise, call or fold here, you're so far ahead! Anyone with an OESD, flush draw, TPTK, etc, are definitely not folding here. Cap that flop.
TURN: I am COMPLETELY baffled by your turn play. You check 3-bet the flop... and now you check-call the turn? Everyone knows when you check 3-bet the flop you had a strong hand. And now you check? Stop playing with monsters under your bed here! That 6 did not help anyone! Just bet out!
RIVER: Played fine. Someone staying in with a J likely outdrew you, but there was no way you were getting him to fold on that flop. And with the pot that huge, you cannot fold the big set to one measly bet on the river.
