I've been playing a little Short Handed and have been doing quite well but it is hands like this that just make me want to throw my mouse across the room followed by the keyboard and the monitor.

Hand converter doesn't work for the cryptos sorry bout that.

The guy who won had a VP$IP of 77% and PRF or 38% and bought in for $250. He went to show down over 50% and in that short term (about 70 hands) was winning 65% of show downs.

Am I seeing this right, he failed to cap the river with the nuts?


I know losing to a gutshot on the river sucks when you have top set, and it's worse when it comes from the maniac at the table... But at least it wasn't runner runner perfect![/list]

By not capping he kept the third player involved in the hand ,right ?

That could have been the case, but it wasn't an issue. "Kingkai" had already called 3 bets, and our friend with AA was in 3 for bets as well, if rocky had capped, he had nothing to lose. Even if both the other players in the pot call with KJ, or they both fold, or one of them folds, or one calls with KJ... It's all the same... The rake is already capped and he can not possibly lose anything at all by raising one more time.
