I completely agree with Piers. Always pay attention to the position the PFR is in. Leading out with a bet on the flop would be terrible - making everyone else face two bets cold when you have such a massive edge. Let the PFR bet, get some callers, then raise it up. This is a clear situation for a check-raise.

Even with someone on a flush draw and someone on a straight draw you'll win this more than 50% of the time.
