Well,
First off thanks to everyone who took the time to reply, I did quite a bit of analysis using my PT dbase. I read a couple posts about blind defense, played a few more hands, only played 3 tables which stayed above 20% VP$IP, and really tried to implement mecos advise.
Last night I played a marathon, well it would be a short session to mecos but 1450 hands is a monster for me. I immediately dumped $250 mostly into very aggressive BB defense, see the following attempts.
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (7 handed)
Preflop: Hero is BB with
,
.
3 folds, CO calls,
1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.
Flop: (3 SB)

Hero raises, CO calls.
Turn: (3.50 BB)
(2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.
River: (5.50 BB)
(2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.
Final Pot: 7.50 BB
Results in white below:
CO has 2h 2s (flush, ten high).
Hero has 7s 5c (three of a kind, fives).
Outcome: CO wins 7.50 BB.
OK, that guy is calling me down no matter what, first with the underpair, then with the lowest possible flush.
But then it started to work

Check raised here with a weak made hand and he crumbled. My new friend is the BB defense check raise. Thanks to Piers and Mecos.
In the end I played 15%VP$IP which was definately a struggle. It just felt so wrong raising from late middle position with KTo and AJo, two hands I almost never play regardless of position but if I was first in at late middle position or later I would open raise a few more hands.
In the end I recovered necely for a +1.42 BB/100 session so I even took Escape9's advice.
