On the assumption you're playing limit.

Pacific Poker has 5c/10c limit tables and 25c/50 tables, plus you can play the bonus money you get when you deposit. Looking at the games from the lobby, there seem plenty of players seeing the flop.

Also, pokerstars has 2c/4c, 5c/10c and 25c/50 games.

Poker Stars has games as small as $.02/$.04 and The Prima sites have games at the $.05/$.10 level. Some of the Prima sites are 7Sultans, Bet365, and River Bell. As far as I can remember the play on Stars micro games was pretty loose.

I think its the only thing that paradise is good for anymore but they do have decent micro limit.
