What features should a good poker site have?

ok, to put my mouth where my money is...

i want a site that:

- gives a good rakeback based on action... great rakeback to attentive and/or good customers. pokerchamps has it almost perfect. i think that i should be getting 30-50%. make sure that whatever system that is used screws the ubertight bonuswhores. i want a site to reward ACTION with bonuses and/or rakeback.

- i want a site that uses it's marketing money to attract new, loose players. there is a bottomless pit of people who want to play poker online, and i want a site that aggressively aims to get these players. how to do so, well, that's your job.

- ok, i'm a softy... one idea... i think some sort of trust-building (e.g., Party's beginner's tables) are the right idea. basically, there needs to be a low-risk system so that people don't think online poker is a scam. small deposits, soft shark-proof tables, fast and easy cash-in and cash-out. even helping someone open a neteller account would be a move in the right direction.

most of my other specific comments have been addresses by other posts. overall, i would like the software to be designed by people who actually play poker online. this is clearly not the case now.

anyway, no poker site is close to being perfect. party is the best, imho, due to the wide availability of games and the easy to clear bonuses. that being said, the software needs improvement and the bonuses need to be less rewarding for ubertight bonuswhores.

I am with Felonious Monk on the issue of forcing the active table to the front. But only one. UB forces the active table to the front but if another becomes active it comes to the front just as you are about to act on the other table. It should force the first active table to the front and then queue any other table until the first one has been acted upon.
Also I play NL up to the $25 buy in tables on various sites. The bonuses on TGC do not seem to be aimed at my level but at the bigger games. I agree that they are turning over more money but I feel that I should be compensated at a reduced rate. I should get one quarter of the bonuses that a player at the $100 NL is receiving. If I have to wait for a $20 pot to earn any bonus I might as well play elsewhere.
