Raising A-rag when folded to in the SB.

I always do it and it always makes me queezy after I flop nothing, bet and get called or called and raised on the turn. Discuss.

When I attempt to steal the blinds with either an A or K I like to go for the c/r on the flop, if my opponent checks then I lead out on the turn as long as the boards not coordintated.
