As I understand it in limit games the rake that counts is 0.25. I can not verify what the rake requirement is for NL PL games.

Yes this is for anyone that signs up. I just opened my account yesterday and deposited. I emailed them and they quickly responded that the bonus had been credited to my pending account so at least on first impressions their support service seems very good.
