The local B & M that I regularly play at spreads 4/8 with a full kill. Question! How do you deal with the kill from the blinds? Because the blinds are 2.00 and 4.00 but the kill button is 8.00, do you view the kill as a raised pot? Example you are the BB the kill and 2 limpers in front of you. You would be getting 7.5: 1 to make the call, which with any reasonable holding seem, to be a good bet. If you were the small blind and assuming the BB does not complete, you would be getting 5:1 or implied odds of 5.6 if the BB does complete using the same example. I do not defend my blinds with the vigor that Piers does, but starting look at playing a few more hands from the blinds. My normal approach to blinds: don’t waste any more money on marginal/junk hands, just muck them and wait for something better.
Thanks
