I've played 2 Prima sites so far, Royal Vegas and Rake Back. RV has been stellar at processing cashouts. But no rake rebate there. I'm struggling through a cashout at RB and I'm concerned I might never get my money... so what's the value in the rake rebate there?
I know bunches of BTPers play on Gaming Club... how's the cash-out there?

If by RB, you mean RiverBelle, then they are owned by the same people who own Gaming Club and the customer service is all the same.
Sometimes the first cashout is a little slow but Ive never had a problem after that. I get my money in about 1-2 days every time.

I cashed out from GC a few days ago, it was my first time and it went through without a problem in under 2 days (I use Netteller). I'd say it's reliable and pretty quick.
