Time to receive bonus from Bet365?

So, I deposited $100 at Bet365 last Friday, October 28, With the intention to play as many raked hands as possible for thier bonus bonanza $10 for every 50 raked hands.

Over the weekend, I play 350 raked hands, so i should get $70 bonus. On Monday Morning, october 31, I e-mail them requesting my bonus. I still have not heard back from them, and it is Wednesday Afternoon! I have sent three e-mails now. one a day.

back in September when I did thier bonus, it was less than 24 hours.

Anyone else having problems getting bonus money from Bet365?

When you add this delay with the bad beats I am getting there, i am ready to jump ship and never return to bet365/Prima.

bet365 are a hugr and legit business - they will certainly pay up..

I swore off the Prima sites forever because of incredibly crappy service at a couple of them.

7 Sultans was the first online poker room I played, and I had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get credited for a bonus. I live-chatted with support a couple or three times and talked to them on the telephone twice before I finally got part of the bonus I was entitled to. I never got the full bonus.

Then, later, at Royal Vegas, I had to e-mail twice and call once to get credit for a bonus I earned.

And the same thing at the Gaming Club.

Three Prima sites, three times I had to put out entirely too much effort to get a bonus I was entitled to.

I really think this is an ongoing problem with them. I don't know if they do it on purpose or if it's just a bad glitch in their accounting system or whatever. But I won't even consider a Prima site any longer.

those are all US-orientated sites -you will find much better customer service (and better bonuse) at bet365 as it's a huge UK bookmakers who have a proper and I think UK-based customer service dept..
