Can someone tell me where I can find a no fee, interest baring, Internet banking account? Thanks.

I was looking for the same thing not too long ago. NetBank does all those thing I beleieve but theres a fee to do wire transfers which defeats the whole purpose for me. I wanted to set up an account at an internet bank and be able to transfer money from a poker site to the internet bank and from the internet bank to my real bank where I could actually put my hands on the money. If anyone figures out how to do this let me know.

well, I use PayPal.com... they pay interest, but if you "collect" more than $1000 from outside sources (meaning not from your bankaccount or CC) they will charge a fee. I use my PayPal account for all my eBay sales and purchases. Unfortunately, most of the poker sites do not accept paypal (or is it the other way around?) You could get yourself a PayPal debit card and use that for deposits, but then you'd be charged a fee.

The only other good internet based banking site is NETELLER.com They don't charge any fees if you're willing to wait a while for the transactions to complete. However, you don't earn any interest (at least I haven't). They are, however, accepted by all the Poker sites out there, and it is my prefered method of depositing and cashing out.

Has anyone been able to make transactions directly between paypal and neteller? that would be really sweet for me to know.

ING Direct is an online bank that pays very decent interest for a savings account. It's more than 2% right now. I have a bunch of my savings there while it waits for better investment opportunities.

However, I have no clue whether there is any way to transfer money directly in or out of ING Direct into any poker site.
