Good luck in your endeavor. You can certainly pull off making 2K a month without killing yourself even playing at very low limits if you know how to go about it. If you take a look at my records last year I made over 2K a month playing mostly limits ranging from 1-2 to 5-10 with ALOT of bonus chasing but I only put in about 20 hours per week.
That 2 BB/100 win rate while multitabling is going to be extremely hard to obtain and virtually impossible if you don't use extremely good game selection no matter how well you play. If you can reach and maintain 1.5 BB/100 you should be extremely happy. I am more than willing to give up some gain per 100 in exchange for playing more hands per hour though as increasing your number of hands 4 fold is going to reap you more money per unit of your time even though your overall BB/100 win rate will sink.
Learn how to play games other than limit and NL holdem. I firmly believe that some of the best bang for your time is playing some of these other poker games as the skill level of your opposition is typically lower in these "other" poker games. This will also keep things somewhat fresh for you as a change of pace in games can be a stimulating experience even if only played from time to time.
While I certainly wouldn't recommend it and know from experience how hard it is to put in hours playing poker on the computer, IF you can play 50 hours per week and at least 4 table you can easily make 2K a month playing 0.50-1.00 limit and chasing bonuses.
