Question regards calculation bb/100 hands or bb/hour as it relates to no limit. Basically I am trying to find out how I am doing relative to others that post their win rates. For example my last session at UB playing .10/.25 nlhe.

I played for 3.5 hours, 220 hands and netted $95.8. Do I take 95.8 * 100/220 to get 43.5 $ per 100 hands, which then equates to how many bb? Same goes for bb/hr.

Any help would be appreciated.

Im sure its a typo, but it should be $95.8 * (220/100) = $43.5/100 hands
Since there are 4BB in every $1....you have 43.5*4 = 174BB/100 hands

You have $95.8 *4 =383.2 /3.5hrs = 109.5 BB/hr

If you're trying to calculate win rate you souldn't be too concerned with a single session. Winrate should be calculated using at least 10,000 hands (some folk say alot more). The best way of keeping track of your results is to buy some dedicated software - pokertracker or pokeroffice.

I personally use pokertracker and finds the infomation invaluble.
