"No man without a library card can be a friend of mine. I have no time for ignorance."
Just finished a surprisingly interesting book.
Moneymaker by Chris Moneymaker
It's an easy, fun read, actually. Very surprising. Not educational, but I couldn't put it down. (The guy might be a good player, someday, or he may end up being poker's John Daly. There must be a pool out there somewhere betting on when he goes into alcohol rehab.)
Just started: Poker Nation by Andy Bellin
This one has been around awhile. It's worth reading if only because it's the only place I've read a bio of Benny Binion.
Ever heard QQ called "Seigfried & Roy"? (I wonder why?)
Or a set of Qs as "six tits"?
It's a pretty funny, well-written book. And this one could be considered educational, as well as entertaining.
