In a recent CardPlayer magazine (which I am subscribed to, but in Europe it gets here a few weeks after you've read it in the US) there was an article on Gus Hansen.

He mentioned that he had a book coming out in which 'I will reveal and analyze the hidden structure that I believe only a few players are aware of.'

Anyone heard anything about this book? I'm sure it'll be an interesting one..

While playing $2-$5 NLHE at the Bellagio last October, Paul Magriel (quack-quack) sat down next to me. He's a fascinating guy to talk to and, among other things, he told me that he and Gus Hansen were working on a no limit book due out sometime in '05, and that it would be well worth the wait.

out of curiosity, how good did paul magriel seem in cash games?

I found him to be aggressive, difficult to read, and not afraid to bluff. FWIW, he did build up his original $200 to about $600 in a couple of hours play and seemed to enjoy being involved in alot of action. In short, not someone I would like to have on my table.
