You've got two questions here and both have easy answers.
Ed Miller wrote SSHE several years ago and he wrote it for playing live here in Vegas. It's not really geared toward playing the Internet. Believe it or not, loose passive still applies to games here, esp low limit.
Second, you won't hear much about any limit hold 'em book on Bet the Pot because we're pretty much oriented to no limit.
