Hand 2. I might have called this preflop but when the kid bets you HAVE TO RAISE the flop to attempt to drive out the other players. And now the turn and you pick up a straight draw and he bets into you again why raise now because you are probably beat and DON'T want the BB to fold to give you extra equity in case you hit your straight.
Hand 3. I like your call and leading into the field with your trip 7 on the flop but now when the Ace hits I am going to check the turn and try to induce a bet by the old man or kid and then raise them on the turn. By you betting the turn I hate your river check. If you bet the turn you have to bet the river. Why give them a chance to check behind you.
Hand 4. Your SB call is questionable but not too bad if you are willing to fold without hitting two pair or your flush draw. Your raise on the flop was good with your draw and after eliminating all but two players I like your bet on the turn. Well played.
Hand 5. Ok. You are getting odds to draw to your two pair here although they were no good with the flopped set and your backdoor flush draw. You played this one fine.
Glad you showed a nice profit on your trip but think about those hands and my comments on them. Reading your post about all of these loose live tables makes me want to move back to Vegas
I really enjoy playing live and open up my game alot compared to my online rocky state. It is alot of fun to order those St. Pauli Girl darks and just annihilate the games all the while bullshitting with the players, cocktail waitresses and dealers. I miss those times alot. I am surprised someone else at the table actually bet out on their sets...especially into UTG+2...he will bet out every time it is checked to him...how bad did I play that one?What do you guys think? I should probably just be happy I made money the way I played there! Almost every pot I won I showed crap cards, mainly because I didn't get any...although I did fold probably 70% of the time. Any comments on my play?
