I probably would have folded PF unless you can tell me the table was very passive. 44UTG is not going to be run through enough to risk having to pay 2 bets or maybe even 3 to see a flop.
Once you hit the set I like your play, although all the check raise will do is get one person (MP1 to fold). The fact that the BB called CO's bet and then folded to one more bet is mind boggling, but a great result.
I am not sure how I feel about the turn play. Are we really putting this guy on a flush? I think I may get hyperagrresive and re-raise....but maybe thats a leak for me. I just don't see him having the flush. River is a no brainer once we hit the boat. To likely he will check behind on this scary board if we get fancy here.
