Usually the PF cap by him would trigger bells, if he was just raising light chances are he just calls the 3 bet. Unless he was generally an overly aggressive player more often that not an average player at this level it's AA, KK or AK. . Personally I think the best play against what you think is a steal is fire at the flop. A CR more often than not will get called and I think tie him to the pot a little more.... Not good with our hand.
The turn is where it gets ugly. He's appparently not afraid of the board pairing, so basically anything we're repping at this point he's saying "I don't care what you have". Since we're basically repping AA, KK, QQ or AK ourselves as the bare minimum we're holding it looks pretty bleak for us. We gave it a shot and it dosen't look like it's working, I'd fold to the turn raise.
