Just spoke to Customer Service, which (for once) was worth doing. They underestimated the interest in this offer, and didn't have enough staff to deal with all the verification and withdrawal requests.
She checked my account, saw I'd sent proof of ID, and moved it over to Finance for processing. Neteller transactions will be much quicker than bank/credit cards, but mine may still take up to another 2-3 working days.
