I actually have told you how to pronounce it. GEEEEZ.
Original Gouda cheese is a very young cheese with very little taste. Here in holland it is mostley used for toast and for kids.
We have the best boerenkaas ( farmers cheese ) in this region of holland. Our local cheese shop has about 200 different cheeses all from the region.
I will ship some to you if there is a way to get it over and still be eatable.
I mean really, you could of made a good amount of money on that bet, you still have my cell number and i woulda have a nice bankroll again.
